The kokoi lamps are entirely handmade by women artisans who have acquired expertise over the years in working with the most noble materials, including silk, ebony, and wool.

While it may be more cost-effective to outsource the production of our lamps to China or any country in the Southeast region, we consciously choose not to. We firmly believe in the importance of supporting local businesses and the intrinsic value of handcrafted products.

By producing our lamps locally in Germany and crafting them by hand, we not only guarantee fair wages and favorable working conditions for our artisans but also maintain the highest quality standards.
